LEGAL FEES & BILLING

We provide comprehensive legal services in all areas of immigration and nationality law to individuals, employers, and commercial entities. We have earned our reputation as a leading immigration firm, based on the detailed-oriented work and the impeccable service we provide, as well as our reasonable fees.

Most procedures are undertaken on a flat-fee basis. USCIS (formerly INS) and other applicable fees are clearly indicated so that our clients understand the totality of the costs associated with the work that has been requested. For some very unusual cases we do charge fees on an hourly basis after discussion with the client.

Generally, a partial payment is due with our fee agreement before any work can begin. The balance is paid in part, at each stage of your process. You will receive an invoice for each payment that needs to be made.
